Forum on Comparative and European Energy Law
ABOUT FCEEL
The Forum on Comparative and European Energy Law (FCEEL) is a platform dedicated to the exchange of ideas in the fields of energy and climate law. The Forum was initiated by Max Baumgart in 2022 as a cooperation between Dutch and German research institutes. Since then, it has shifted towards a pan-European approach. FCEEL focuses on shared European research questions and comparative approaches to energy and climate law. By promoting academic collaboration and interdisciplinary dialogue, it seeks to advance legal scholarship and support the development of effective legal frameworks. The Forum organizes annual conferences, which rotate among the partner institutions.
